Terms of Service
These Terms govern contractor accounts, branded quote sites, lead delivery, and related services provided by HD Precision.

1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the turf-installation business named in the account. Account information must be accurate, and credentials may be shared only with authorized personnel.
2. Free account and preview
The free workspace lets you build and operate your contractor quote website. Use only addresses and property information you are authorized to test. Private preview activity does not create production leads. Before the first launch, complete the required tests and approve the configuration. Later website updates require review and approval but do not require another three-address test. You may publish the standalone quote site to a free website address, such as your-company-turf-quote.vercel.app, without payment without a trial deadline.
3. Free access
The service is currently free to use, with no credit card, subscription, or trial deadline. Payments, paid upgrades, and domain purchases are not enabled. Any future paid offering would require separate notice and your explicit agreement before charges begin.
4. Contractor responsibilities
You control services, prices, service areas, branding, contact information, follow-up practices, and required consumer disclosures. You are responsible for licensing, taxes, advertising claims, consent requirements, and laws applicable to your business and service area.
5. Estimates and homeowner communications
Online results are planning estimates, not final proposals or guarantees. You must inspect the property and verify dimensions, surface condition, scope, environmental precautions, accessibility, and pricing before entering a binding agreement. Lead information may be used only to respond to the homeowner’s request and as disclosed in your privacy notice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or unsolicited activity; probe another contractor’s workspace; evade usage limits; upload malware or unauthorized personal information; or interfere with service operation.
7. Availability and third-party services
The service relies on hosting, databases, authentication, aerial imagery, email, and other providers. Address autocomplete and verification use Google Maps Platform and are also governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Google processes related information under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every address, measurement, email, or domain will be available.
8. Data and content
You retain rights to your business content and grant HD Precision permission to host, process, and deliver it to operate the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to uploaded logos, pricing, business information, and website content.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for misuse or violations of these Terms. Free accounts do not expire because of a trial deadline or unpaid subscription. You may request account closure and data deletion through support.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” HD Precision is not responsible for contractor workmanship, homeowner decisions, inaccurate third-party property data, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law and changes
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
